Refund policy

1. We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a refund.

2. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging.

3. To process a return, please contact us at velas@almadellama.es.

4. If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label along with instructions for sending it back. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization.

5. Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (e.g., custom-designed items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

7. Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing by your bank or credit card issuer may take some time.
