Shipping Policy

1. The delivery cost for each order will depend on the destination, size, and weight of your order. The cost of each shipping method will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

2. The buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including customs clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination. In case of a shipment being returned to the store due to non-delivery/refusal, the relevant customs/return/handling fees will apply.

3. You will receive an email notification once your package has left our warehouse.

4. Please note that during peak seasons such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc., orders may take up to 48 additional hours to process.

5. "Alma de Llama" will make every effort to keep the website updated.

6. We do not ship orders on weekends. Any order placed after 5 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you using the email address you provided when placing your order. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response to our email, we will proceed with the remaining items in your order.

7. We will not provide a replacement product unless you expressly authorize it.

8. Unless the item is defective, the cost of returning it to us is your responsibility, and each customer must choose their preferred courier service when booking a return. Since the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send it via registered mail or any other method that requires a signature upon delivery.

9. Items in your order shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country ("Import Duties"). In the destination country, the recipient of the shipment is the registered importer and is responsible for any import duties.

10. Orders shipped from Spain to the Canary Islands are also subject to import duties.
